Chicken Coop

So, the girlies have some frill on the outside of their coop! The baskets were purchased last year on our long weekend get away.
The metal what nots have been found around the place, except for my barn hoe which I do use and bought new 20 years ago.
The wreaths obviously are homemade with the greens till hanging from them. The twisty bush stands near the back corner of the barn and is somewhat reluctant to give it up, but I got a bit out of it.
The little plack over the front of the house states this, "The rooster may crow, its the hen who delivers the goods!" and a few stencils are added for some country flare. When the coop was built many years back with my daughter her pal and her brother and their dad, they forgot to paint the inside of the window. I stamped with some brown paint a sun, moon and stars. Why did this take place you ask, well, in posts past you have read that the big bush was taken out and the rock garden extended. While sitting on the deck it drove me nuts looking at the plain brown wall, hense a little bit of play and voila! I love it, now it just needs a country star and a tiny weather vane! Hey my anniversary is coming up! And we are taking a trip "reel" soon!
